Hrt oestrogen patch dosage

I have just up my oestrogen patch to 75 from 59 without GP knowing as she want me on 50 and 100 utrogestan and testogel feel ok apart from spotting and feel better on the 75 is this a high dose and will it be ok to be on that combination 75 patch 100 utrogestan I know allotbyou ladies on here know your hrt so any advice please I will go and ask if I can stay on 75 if feel better, at the moment I cut them in half and it’s only been 2 weeks but do feel less anxious as for spotting I am on free days of spotting , so won’t know if up the dose will or won’t help all trial error 🤔
