I've tried Evorel Sequi, Evorel oestrogen only with utrogestran and now Femseven Sequi but i still feel so tired, jumbled thoughts, sometimes emotional and aching like crazy...

The evorel oestrogen only patch defo helped me more and felt good on them but i can't tolerate the progesterone side of it and same with the utrogestran...

Femseven is good regarding no side effects but is just not controlling the symptoms... i can't win. Not sure what to do next to be honest but feeling wuite low. 😦

I hope you feel great using Evorel as i do think if you can tolerate it, it's defo a good patch to use.

    Good luck!

    AJ. x
