HS and AIP

Ok folks. I quit smoking and yes, my boils aren’t as bad as they were but they are still there. I say smoking helped by 20% overall. They get worse around my time of the month and are constantly there. I’ve been stubborn and haven’t wanted to do much more. I’ve done tons of research and apparently the AIP diet has a high, high chance of putting this into remission. Starting June 1st I’ll be doing the diet. Has anyone else tried it?

AIP diet helped a lot but it turns out I’m only allergic to nightshadea and didn’t have to be that extreme.

If smoking aggravates your condition it’s probable that  you have a nightshade allergy, tobacco is in the same family. Ive found it hard as paprika, spice or tomato are in EVERYTHING but I go into remission avoiding nightshades + taking zinc
