HS and body odor

Hey guys i was wondering if anybody Else is dealing with body odor due to H.S . If so what's your  solution  My  dermatologist  Has my set up for  surgery soon  To remove my sweat glance .hopefully that will help Answers please

    Because of the wounds draining? If so I use Metronidazole USP, 1% Gel. I wipe this on my wounds after I shower and there’s no smell anymore

    I find that regular body wash doesn’t do enough to get rid of odour under arms but I use Dermol 500 under my arms which has an anti-microbial agent in it to kill any odour causing bacteria or fungi. My derm prescribed it. 

    I don’t use anti-perspirant because it blocks your pores but I use a regular deodorant that doesn’t have anti-perspirant effects. The best I’ve found is a Japanese mineral aerosol called Bionsen. It’s available in Boots in the UK. I get compliments on the scent of it because it smells really fresh and clean.
