guys check out the hs diet connection group on fb. it is amazing and has helped me a lot. im stage 3 but am slowly healing and getting close to remission someday. for those that are food addicts and can't fathom hs and food being connected it is and the sooner we change our lifestyle the sooner we stop being sick
