Hs probably in my private area

imagehi guys,I've gone through this condition since 13,i haven't gone to the doctor because i was afraid as a child,I'm getting something like boils in my private area they are filled with pus and blood,i want to mention that i never had sex,i want to understand is this hidradenitis suppurativa, this boils are always there,they go and come back almost every month I'm afraid to shave my private area because i noticed they come back after that even severely. I think this might be hidradenitis, also i want to mention that i get them only in this area and nowhere else on my body,any ideas please help me I'm sorry for gross pics !You can see in the first pic a boil oozing pus,it doesn't itch,it's just painful and doesn't burn.

    i would suggest seeing a doctor. don't be afraid to get medical help! best of luck!
