HS - Referral to Hospital

Saw a doctor at my surgery who specialises in dermatology and has put me on Lymecycline and also referred me to the Hospital. She said I had scarring and adhesions. She said the hospital can prescribe stronger drugs and also said minor surgery may be necessary.

Does anyone know what drugs they would put me on and what would minor surgery entail?

Would these drugs be strong and knock me about?

I'm very sore at the moment, any ideas what could relieve this.
