HS Support Group in the Philippines?

Is there a support group for HS in the Philippines? I have been diagnosed with Stage 3 HS a few months ago and I feel so alone. I have been prescribed with Deoxycycline but it wasn't working for me so my doctor asked me to have some lab tests done before she can proceed with a procedure I forgot the name of. Having this is a lot to take so I would very much appreciate to communicate with other people who have the same condition.

If there is not, I'd be okay with an international support group. TIA ❤️
