So I recently found out i have hsv-2. I've never had an outbreak my doc tried to tell me l dont have it because be never had an outbreak..... I dont believe that so what can I do to help protect myself and also and future partners I have? Should I get in an anti-viral or just use condoms?
Please any help or info is super appreciated

You found out via IGG or IGM blood test?

igg test my levels were >23 for hsv 2
