HSV 2 or Ingrown hair?

I tested positive HSV 1 &2. Ive never had symptoms except inside my mouth i thought they were canker sores. Werent painful coming in. Anyway, i dont shave often and my work clothes are tight i work in heat. i have a history of abcesses. these have been here for weeks. one was irritated the other day but would really never known they were there if i didnt look. i squeezed two and hard white discharge came out. Theyre not painful besides the irritated one i think it was getting infected. my butt has them to. like zits from sweating. herpes or ingrown hairs? image
