HSV 2 virus? Please need thoughts

hi j have these pimples that hurt and im wondering if its herpes, does anyone think thats what it is too? image

    Would you mind take another couple photos with a little more light or another angle? Photo is very dark and hard to tell the difference between razor bumps and HSV.

      Unfortunately that does present a lot like HSV, i would definitely see a doctor. If its too late to swab ask for an igg blood test. These tests are most effective a couple months after your last sexual encounter. Sorry i could not deliver better news. If you have any other questions feel free to DM.

    Those are herpes sores. They will go away on their own in about about 14 days. I've only had three outbreaks in the 20 years I've had HSV 1.
