HSV or something else?

About a month ago I had a little 'cut' appear in the crease of my vulva that lasted about a week, it bled a little but did not crust or scab or hurt that much unless messed with. It did not hurt to urinate and I had no fever or swollen glands. It was very small and looked like a tiny little tear. I have also been having canker sores constantly for a few months and stomach pain/bloating. The canker sores have been swabbed for HSV and it came back negative. The first 'cut' healed and since I have had another one in a different location on my vulva still in a crease that lasted about two days it went away after I used some thrush cream on it and since that I have had another tiny one on my labia that has also bled but they cant really be seen unless I shine a flashlight on them. I have also been dry down there for a few weeks now. Also at the same time I have an anal fissure that bleeds and hurts when I go to the toilet. This has all happened over a few weeks and the cuts are always by themselves and only one at a time. Does this sound like HSV or has anyone had anything similar? I will be going to the doctor this week to have the cut swabbed.

Did a doctor see the first cut you had on your labia a month ago? Have you had any yellowish or 'creamy' discharge during this time?
But it sounds to me like a possible yeast infection. Over a period of time, a yeast infection can dry out skin and cause it to crack, and could be the culprit for your anal fissures. I'd go see a doctor if you can. A pic of the 'cut' on your vulva would also help narrow things down, if possible.

No it was tiny and not sore at all and i didn't think much of it then, but now I will show her the new one and ask for it to be swabbed. No I did have thick white discharge like a yeast infection in the middle of it all but not anymore. I have also come off birth control and have been taking strong antihistamines that I read can make the vulva dry and I am currently being checked through blood test for autoimmune diseases that may be causing the canker sores in my mouth so I am not sure if an autoimmune disease could be causing the cuts or anal fissure. I will try to take a picture when I can and upload, thanks for your reply.

canker sores are not herpes. herpes typically is on the outside and canker sores are in the inside. canker sores usually come during times of stress, hormones, and immune problems. such as people with hiv.. people usually get them. i have been getting reguarly since a little girl.. they can be genetic. i usually get once every few month .. around my period.
