HSV or yeast infection?

ive had these symptoms for about a week. it started with itching, on my labia and in vagina. When i first looked , nothing looked different just overall redness/dryness and some white discharge. i looked a day later and there were these little cuts. they only hurt when i wiped but also had the itchiness. it has since morphed every day, to increased whiteness. i had one day of thick white discharge. im worried its hsv. the cuts disappeared after a few days . i just got over covid19 and this is when this appeared. i do already have oral hsv1 . any thoughts appreciated ! i have an appointment for next friday but its killing me to wait that long ! (pictures are in order of progression) . there have not been any blisters or bumps that i have noticed prior the cuts.

I agree with the other commenter that it looks like chronic yeast. Definitely have them check for BV and HPV as well. Best of luck to you.

thank you for your reply! so far she said it came back positive for a bacteria similar to BV but is less common. i should have asked which but she gave me antibiotics , we will see if that helps!
