Hsv2 or something else?

I’ve had strange bumps on my testicles for over a month now. They are almost invisible when my sack is tight, but extremely noticeable when my testicles are sagging. My testicles are reddish and have a slight burning that’s more noticeable when I’m sitting down relaxing. I also had a sore on the lower part of my penis during this time, you can see where it’s healing in the picture. I used neosporin starting Monday and it’s slowly gotten better, these pics were taken the same week on a Friday. No pain urinating or ejaculating at any time. Hoping and praying this is some form of folliculitis accompanied by an ingrown hair or nasty pimple but afraid it could be my first breakout from hsv2...My doctors appointment is scheduled for February 1st but any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 🙏🏼

One last thing I forgot to mention. The scar on my left sac is from when I was a kid.

    heres another pic. its extremely more noticeable at night but still no pain. just slight burning. any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, very scared this is my first break out but have hope because i have seen a lot of people say hsv can be extremely painful and itchy, which i have neither.imageimage

    hey there -- really curious to know what this is as i have something very similar.

    i did all STD TESTS --- (twice), 2 swabs, 2 urine tests and everything came back negative.

    my theory - (still testing) - - fungal / dermatitis related . mine seems to get aggravated by sweat / moisture.

    following to see if anybody else knows or you get answers--

      thanks for responding! Im really hoping thats what it is. i deliver packages for work so im constantly sweating/moving and my skin is very sensitive. do you have itching or twitching at night when you lay down to sleep? ill keep you posted but i probably wont see results for a few weeks. also did you have any sores or just spots questionable spots?

      oh my goodness yes!!! i have "episodes" of itching every 4? days.its gotten worse and worse --- one major episode i developed cuts down there. freaked out as i too thought HERPES --- tested negative.

      i have swollen lymph nodes all over my body and i get muscle twitches -- started in my glutes but now its full body. my symptoms are classic "herpes prodorme" but nothing else to swab and blood is negative. whatever is hitting me has clearly turned systemic -- ive been complaining to my doc for 7 months with no answer. i have an appt mon and if she refuses to order more tests im going to demand a referal to a dermatologist or infecfious disease specialist. feel free to private msg me -- one of us is bound to find a diagnosis!!!!

      really? i find that hard to believe. i had a sore with puss on my shaft and was with someone who had it 6 months ago...i have a very bad feeling..the only thing thats giving me hope is the fact that i have no pain or itching whatsoever...

      yeah I seen the pictures. nothing I saw looks like herpes to me, but you did take the pictures after the sores were already kind of healed.

      If you don’t see anything else concerning I'd wait the three to six month period to go and get a blood test just to be sure. You said you have an appointment February 1st any symptoms you did have there’s a good chance they might be gone by then.

      ok but wont hsv2 show up in the blood work regardless? why should i wait a 3-6 month period?

    this definitely isnt herpes. Herpes would be concentrated in one area and not spread out across the scrotum.

      what if i had a sore on my shaft that had fluid in it during this time tho? it was in one spot with the one sore for about 3-4 weeks....i appreciate the response and feedback but definitely not herpes?...idk
