HSV2 or yeast infection?? Freaking out.

haven't had a new sex partner in a while. about a month ago started seeing white/yellow thick clumpy discharged accompanied by itching and burning while peeing & intercourse. i did have almost "paper cut" like fissures that went away almost immediately after trying an antifungal yeast cream although, i still have these cracks (will post picture). the cream seems to be helping the pain and itch but im not sure if this is symptoms of a yeast infection or herpes. i have an appointment soon im just desperate for answers.image

    doesn't look like herpes to me. looks like a fissure from swelling and raw skin.

    yes this looks concerning in regards to herpes. papercut herpes. of they come back you can get a swab test done from the active sores or blood test every 3 months for a year
