Hi guys I'll jump right to it so I just had s huge panic attack worst I've ever had, it's because I started feeling funny in my head, like sort of hesd pressure headache that's been easier to feel a lot more. Alongside this when I stroke around my head it sorta feels like someone else is doing it in a sense like the nerves are delayed almost like a hair standing on edge feeling/tingling after I touch my head al over. But however I have come down recently with a cold that's getting worse, coughing flem up, slight hesdsches just feeling unwell and all my sinuses getting a lot worse as a result of this cold. I'm wondering is this weird headache feeling and sorts tingling when I touch my head a result of being unwell and my
Anxiety is causing me to overthink it a lot. I have been to the docs countless times about head stuff and none of them ever found red flags. But these headaches do genuinely feel like it's a result
Of me being unwell with this cold. It's like in the top left of my head the pain like it needs to be clicked and the pain radiates from my neck and often switches sides. Soon as I touch my head it doesn't hurt I feels like you just stroked carpet and get the tingly feeling. Is this all a result of me just being very unwell, I've been fine all day and it's suddenly come
On now? Please advise me I'm scared badly

A very kind person here by the name of Bob attempted to help me with something very simular. I had a minor cold last week and it drove my anxiety and intrusive thoughts through the roof. I got very confused and thought I was having a seriously bad "down period" but Bob told me it might actually be connected to having a cold and how bad it really messes with your brain.
I'm sorry I couldn't put it in better words but basicly colds can make anxiety worse on some. As far as the left side of your brain feeling bad....well that exact same thing happened to me and once I could over my cold the anxiety and the left side of my head ( tingling and head pressure ) went back to being extremely manageable like it was before.
My advice is to see a doctor and see if you can get medical help. The worse the cold the worse it may be for you. If you can, see a doctor asap.

Go to the chemist and ask for some over the counter medication.

Olly I think it is a bug... Had exact same thing the other day and felt like my head was going to explode from the pressure sensation. My sinuses felt like they had pressure too and were burning...had awful pain on top of my head.
Someone else I know felt the same. I too had a panick over it and related it to other things.
I had awful catarr too!
hang in there x
