Huge weight loss, unwanted. What is it...?

Hello,
sorry for my english as it is not my main language.
Not easy to know how to explain concisely.
Well clearly, I'm looking for people with for example, 1 somewhat similar case or thoughts that could help me.
I will try to explain step by step.
October 2021:
Accident (fall), hospital stay > operation (shoulder) and unfortunately > infection > therefore hospital stay again (wound cleaning...).
6 weeks of antibiotics (2 different antibiotics taken together rifadine and levofloxacine).
Inflammatory signs, in the blood test, disappear indicating the proper functioning of the antibiotics.
BUT we don't know what "infected" me as a blood culture was done, but antibiotics had been prescribed to me a few days before before the certainty of an infection (in prevention)... So it didn't nothing given (or maybe false negatives).
November 2021:
Observation of a weight loss of 20 pounds!
They tell me "Yes, it's probably the stress of the fall, trauma, hospital, anxiety etc" which I can completely imagine.
Except that...
February 2021:
We are at 30 pounds of weight loss...
I noticed that my saddles float, but I no longer remember precisely since when (before or after the fall).
Suddenly, we began to worry, I did blood and stool tests.
I am found to have steatorrhea (3 times above the maximum values not to be exceeded). A malabsorption problem.
I have no diarrhea / pain (or not strong enough to alarm me).
I am also found after gastroscopy and colonoscopy a duodenal lymphangiectasia... Apparently something quite rare.
I discover that steatorrhea and lymphangiectasia are often linked.
Except that in general a Lymphangiectasia is generally "primary" it arrives in early childhood and is a disease. "Secondary" lymphangiectasia, therefore that which manifests itself in adulthood (I am over 40 years old) is a symptom whose cause must be found... And the causes are often not good (Crohn, Lymphoma, tumors etc). But despite the biopsy which reveals this lymphangiectasis, they want to be reassuring by telling me that there is only one and not several and that it can sometimes be seen... I don't quite understand the explanation.
I did an abdomen scan with contrast product for pancreas, liver,... Nothing to worry about in the results.
On the other hand, there is a cyst in each kidney, without gravity.
I also noticed that since October 2021, my ferritin level has dropped drastically. Over the last 10 years I was almost always at the maximum recommended values and there it is getting closer to 0... I tell myself that the steatorrhea has something to do with it.
My hemoglobin level is good...
We continue other analyzes (Albumin, proteins, lymphocyte typing,...) and everything seems ok, or in any case, acceptable since in the reference values.
March 2021:
We are at 40 pounds! 40 POUNDS!!!
In the next few days, I have to undergo a Transit Hail and an Entero MRI.
Both are freaking me out. Even if my doctor is pretty sure there will be nothing wrong.
And then, the people I talk to, all think, and it would seem logical, that the weight loss, steatorrhea, lymphangiectasia, low ferritin, result "necessarily" from my fall, antibiotics etc...
I would like to point out that I have been taking Nexium 20mg (esomeprazol) for years, which therefore reduce the acidity of the stomach and we could say to ourselves PPI+ long antibiotic treatment, could give rise to "opportunistic" bacteria my intestinal walls having perhaps be weakened or the infection for which I was treated has healed but perhaps other bacteria insensitive to treatment have developed in the meantime.
I also take olmesartan for hypertension. And I find that sometimes olmesartan causes malabsorption syndromes...
I thought maybe an intestinal bacterial overgrowth problem... SIBO?
I may also have irritable bowel syndrome (I take sometimes probiotics to help).
In short, I no longer know on which foot to dance.
I am very proccupied.
Could I lose some much weight in so short time period (and it continues...) without having a very bad problem?
If you have similarities, interesting suggestions, credible leads to consider...
Thank you in advance for you help/ideas/suggestions...
