Humari

Been on humari for around 18 months now and it just doesn't seem to be working anymore. Had to up steroids and still on hydroxychlorine and also need naproxen. Should I stop injecting this as really worried about low immunity and other side effects when I don't seem to be getting any benefit. Anyone else feel the same

I am currently on baricinib which is a bio one a JAK inhibitor which is not entirely working I still have my early morning stiffness but I also take MTX injections weekly I have to admit though over years I have developed OA in a few fingers thumbs and knees my knee replacement for 26th march was cancelled

I can't remember the last one I was on as has been so many over 20 years I was brilliant on it for 3 years then developed neuralgia so was taken off because it was shown in some cases to bring on MS and neuralgia is an early indication apparently I was gutted

Which is the cycle of this disease just when you think your great and have control it decides to morph and your meds stop working , Iwoul Ring the specialist nurses see whether tell you to cancel they may be able to give you a steroid injection to get you over the 3 months I never take oral steroids I always have injections from my GP or the specialist nurses
