Had a fall on 4th May resulting in humerous fracture to my right arm. still swollen and bruised, hopefully having physio on the 21st June. Back to fracture clinic on the 28th. i have had good days and bad days where i have broke down, and feel as my arm isnt getting any better. Spoke to physio today and they informed me with the details of how i am and how my arm feels is where i should be at this time.it feels a lot easier to move than it was but im frightened in case i dont get the feeling back fully in my arm. Am i trying to run before i can walk at the moment. ??
