    Would marijuana really make a difference? I was literally just thinking about this if anyone who smokes has noticed any differences. It may help with pain and side effects from medications but not sure if it would have any impact on the HS itself.

    Marijuana helps me with the pain and relaxing. As for HS itself I don't notice a difference.
