hurrah!!!!!

Saw my doc yesterday after 1st 4 weeks on the tabs and lost 6lbs !!! Really pleased as have PCOS too so losses are slow. Doc very happy and gave me 2 more months - hurrah!!!! I've yet to step up my exercise so they do clearly work.

So pleased. Keep going everyone!!!!

    Well done you!!! It makes you feel good when you are told that you have lost some weight. I have pcos too and know how difficult it is to lose weight!!!!! It's a constant battle. :evil: I only really started posting again as I have read how well everyone has been doing with their weight loss and congratulations to them all and keep it up!!! :wink:
