i am three weeks in plaster following fractured radius accidently hurt my wrist whilst grabbing my phone to prevent it falling seriously concerned in case ivedone more damage took pain relief and pain eased slightly advice and support gratefully accepted thank you

Take paracetamol, not Ibuprofen.
