Hydrocele Operation - Risks / Benefits

Hi All,

Just wondering what your experiences are with regards to hydroceles and their impact if any on your fertility before and after operation? I am convinced that they have a neagative impact on fertility and testicular function. Going for op soon.

    From what i have read it has no affect on fertility.

    I only found the sytem was not as responsive as it was before surgery.  Ejaculation takes longer...but that might be because of aging of both my partner and me.
