Hyperactivity and anxiety or panic? Or not normal?

So I have suffered from anxiety and panic for almost 2 years now. And I had one symptom my "thoughts" will not let me go of and I do not really see people talking about it much.
Back when all of this first started, I would wake up with this overwhelming feeling that I HAD to do something. I would throw the ball for my dog, wash clothes or dishes, sometimes just go for a walk, clean house or something. And it was like the more I done the worse it got. It would sometimes only last 30 minutes or so and other times it would last for a few hours. and then it would go away and I would just have this really surreal feeling and eventually get drained or tired and just want to go to sleep.
It was not always when I first woke up, sometimes I could just be watching TV and I would get this feeling and I would have to get up and same thing, it was like I just could not sit still. It weren't just restless it was so much more than that, but I would not say it was "hyper" either. Closer to hyper I guess. I finally got to the point the last few times it happened, I would just lay across my bed and fight it off which only took may 30 minutes or so and then I would be okay, but if I did that I would feel really awake afterwards.
Is this really normal with anxiety and panic. I NEVER see anything about these symptoms and it makes me thing I have a mental illness of something other than anxiety and panic and that is the reason why I am not getting better. I will say I am A LOT better than what I was 2 years ago, but still not back to my normal self.
Anybody else had this symptoms?

I guess it is just one of those "unspoken" of symptoms. I have tried to read up on it, but never really find anything.

Strange, cause I remember messaging you about a possible cause. And it adds up if you apply that logic to the situation you describe "30 minutes then suddenly gone" or "for several hours then it is gone" Sometimes I do wonder if people are too scared to face a reality and rather just dismiss it and continue the loop.
