Hyperarousal And Sleeping...

I've had two sleep studies that were done in the past, one at home with a machine that said there was nothing of issue. And another in the hospital. When I did the hospital one, they said that I didn't have sleep apnea, but that when I'm sleeping my subconscious is waking me up every so often. They never offered me an explanation as they seemed more focused on sleep apnea and that was it. I kind of forgot what they called it but then today from Hyperarousal and sleeping and I was reminded that yes that is what they called it.
My question is, what the hell could this be from. I've googled it and found anxiety, stress, insomnia and PTSD to be a cause, I don't have anxiety or PTSD but stress I have an overwehlimg amount. Please don't ask me to find ways to lower it I"m trying but my life is nothing but stress for the last few years.
I've had episodes in the past where I wake up from sleeping with the feeling of pure danger, like a feeling that I'm literally scared awake. I've also had three episodes of sleep paralysis, I knew what was happening during the sleep paralysis so I wasn't really afraid. I also do not dream, period. I close my eyes at night and then wake up in the morning, there is nothing in the middle.
I've had episodes as well with severe insomnia, but I always thought insomnia to be a symptom that comes and goes with me, but my exhaustion and brain fog, has been doing strong for more than a decade now.
I am a 23-year-old woman, plagued by chronic exhaustion, brain fog, and general weakness to name the top 3 symptoms I have. I do have Hashimoto's, Celiac Disease and am suspecting Sjogren's Syndrome.
Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this. Especially if you too have Hyperarousal when asleep. Thanks.

Naturally only when I’m
Truly exhausted my body gives me 3 hours of most then the rest is consistently broken sleep waking every hour like my body is. Like oh you forgot something you gotta do this it’s annoying maybe once we get our anxiety under control the rest will come

As much as you might not agree with me, we all have episodes of everything you've mentioned, though to varying degrees. I think of them as normal events of life. Yes, I said normal because no one normal person goes to sleep and wakes up with absolutely nothing between start of sleep and wake from year to year; that's not normal. There are times that you might go to sleep and wake up with no memory of dreams or sleep paralysis. Sometimes, you just might have dream-loaded sleep; it all depends.
I get sleep paralysis too, but it is something that happens every once in a while, though it could be very scary. Sometimes I feel a physical presence and something actually pinning me down to my bed. That only lasts probably a minute each time. But it doesn't really bother me whenever it happens.
Stress is a part of life; were all have it. If you ever hear anyone claim that his/her life is stress-free, then know that you've got a pathological liar in your hands. There are so many stress factors out there, the biggest being financial stress. Next to that is employment stress, and then education, not to mention health. Life is not a bed of roses.
I'm not downplaying any ailment you said you have; I'm only saying that these things you call problems seem to be natural. Insomnia might have underlying causes. But I'd rather be insomniac than narcoleptic. You might want to modify certain patterns in your life. That is, you probably need behavior or habit modifications. No matter what you do, however, stay away from Dr. Google. It does nothing but scare people stiff. Good luck!
