Hypersensitive larynx from singing?

I had a big vocal injury 8 months ago which later caused a chronic lump in the throat. It did go away about 80 percent and now its very mild but its not healing anymore.

It goes away after excericse or when showering not sure if this is a sign of nerve issue.

My specialist couldn't find anything wrong with my throat and didn't really take me seriously.

I am wondeirng if anyone cured their hypersensitive larynx issue.
