Hypertension Headache - Pain in back of the head?

Hi All,

I've recently had my first real relapse after two years almost symptom free. I have been feeling down and unmotivated for a couple of months but suddenly I felt exhausted, with post exertional malaise and this awful hypertension headache. My head feels heavy all down the back, occasionally it eases when I drink a lot of water but its there when I wake up and when I go to sleep. It also gets worse if i dont rest and my neck will burn from sheer heat.

I didnt experience this the first time I had a CFS episode which lasted around 18 months before full recovery. Does anyone have any experience with this, any supplements or remedys anyone can suggest?
