Simply yes.  With hyperthroidism I was extremely anxious and whilst i was able to get through with carbimozole I had to exercise and meditate and tell myself I was ok. I was an anxious person anyway having graves disease/hyperthroidism exacerbated my anxieties.  My heart racing, sweating, panic attacks etc etc. Once I was euthroid my anxieties continued, it didnt help with my blood pressure going up.  I have given up most things that made me anxious, work, family pressure but have focused on exercise and well being.    You have been diagnosed, half of the problem solved, this health problem has been long identified and the medics well versed.

Thanks, what kind of exercise do you do? Before I'm doing zumba and boxing.. But not I can't do it because of my chest pain, Im afraid I might have heart attack when I do that kind of exercise bcoz am also having back pain and chest pain at the same time.. By the way I'm also hypertensive..

Hi I continued swimming, walked and cycle.  I know I was always anxious as my heart was racing.  Perhaps run it pass your specialist to see what they think.  See what they think of Zumba in particular . The exercise was a good distraction and I had goals to achieve
