Hyperthyroid symptoms. Doctor says tests are normal

Posted , 6 users are following.

Hi. I'm new to the forum and received thyroid results yesterday which the endocrinologist says are normal. My symptoms are extreme anxiety/nervousness, insomnia, some night sweats, dizziness at times and spaced out feelings. My results are as follows:

Free t416.2 (range 10.0 - 19.0)

Tsh0.27(range 0.50-4.00 Doctor says result is not 'sufficiently low'wink

Free t33.9 (range 3.5-6.5)

Tsh receptor antibodies < 0.10 (range <0.55)

Anti thyroid perioxidase <28 (range <60)

Anti thyroglobulin <20 (range <60)

Can anyone tell me whether this is 'normal'. my symptoms tell me it's not.

Many thanks

I would also ask your doc if he would be willing to test your cortisol levels.
