hyperthyroidism

i was referred to a cardiologist due to a rapid heart rate and arrhythmia... cardiologist ordered a 48 hour heart monitor which resulted in little heart issue, she then ordered a total thyroid lab test... she has referred me to an endocrinologist.  I haven't been seen yet, my lab test results indicated hyperthyroidism... TSH = 0.1   T4 = 3.2, leg swelling, calves feel hard to the touch, brittle fingernails, sudden weight loss, voice is raspy or hoarse.. increases as the day progresses, insomnia... what questions should I present to my endocrinologist?  Thank you

    Possible questions:

    What is causing my hyperthyroidism?

Is my thyroid noticably enlarged? Are the problems with my legs related to my thyroid disorder?

I hesitated placing anything on this site, because I'm always skeptical of cyber issues... I'm feeling much better now that I have had replies.  Thank you for the input...
