Being high would certainly affect anxiety.  Usually they give beta blockers for palpitations and high heart rates along with the thyroid hormone blocking drugs.  Many of us have vitamin D deficiency and Vitamin D is important to thyroid functioning so I take between 1,000 and 5,000 IU a day of vitamin D gel caps.

Yes they gave me vitamin d 50,000 iu to take once a week for 8 weeks. But nothing for the thyroid. I'm guessing because it wasn't that high so it's ok? I don't know I'm just confused. If it can effect the mood even if it's high by a smidge because I suffer from anxiety which leads to depression.
