Hypnic jerks cured with antiestrogen

Hi, I am Dana and I used to have sleep onset jerks for years. It was hell on earth....

I wanna help and share my experience with you.

My jerks (and some other symptoms, such as exzema )were triggered by estrogen (with normal blood levels). The symptoms were even more aggraveted under contraceptive pills containing Ethinyl estradiol so I stopped taking it and switched to an anaromatase inhibitor. Now the jerks are gone thanks to my doctors. Might help anyone suffering under severe jerks.
