    Dear Lardy,

People have told me that the wipes in the UK with Benzalkonium Chloride are harsher. I used the US Wet Ones, antibacterial hand wipes to kill my Blepharitis. It needs to be left on for 10 minutes to work and can be washes off after that. I didn't wash it off and had no problems. It did not cause pain and made the itching go away.

They can be bought online in the Red Box or the Yellow Box is equal and I tried it to make sure. The Red Box needs to have the last ingredient be Leaf Juice. Some of the Red Box ones have changed.

I used them for 4 times a day for about a week then went down as felt so much better then the last couple of months it was just 2 times a day.

They work because they kill Staph.

    Hope this helps,
