Hyrdosalphinx, Cysts and Fertility worries?!?

So........... I have over the years had a few nasty cysts which have all been taken out (15 - 20cm in size, some pre-cancerous etc......) I have so far had 3 operations for cyst removals and each time I have asked 2 questions and been told the same 2 answers...
*me* Will I have to have another operation
*Surgeons* No, you won't need any other operations as this will not happen again
and....
*Me* Can you not just take the problem right ovary to make sure this doesn't keep happening?
*Surgeon* Do you have children?
*Me* No, but when I find the right man I do want a family.
*Surgeon* Then no we will not remove a perfectly healthy ovary.
So I'm now in a position where I have found that right guy and we want a family and this is an issue as now it appears that my last cyst which was 8cm in size has gone, but they found Hydrosalphinx on my right Fallopian tube which is defined as the following.....
"A hydrosalpinx is a distally blocked fallopian tube filled with serous or clear fluid. The blocked tube may become substantially distended giving the tube a characteristic sausage-like or retort-like shape. The condition is often bilateral and the affected tubes may reach several centimeters in diameter."
It can be caused by an untreated STD (which is not me) or trauma/damage to the area, so I am convinced that this has been caused by 3 operations on my right side to remove 3 lots of large cysts. Now My Gynae surgeon wants to remove the fallopian tube which I am all for, however she again balked at the idea of removing my "healthy" right ovary due to the fact that it would "reduced my fertility", but call me crazy IF my fallopian tube is gone, then any eggs coming from the right ovary won't have anywhere to go? So by removing my tube you have already reduced my fertility.
Don't get me wrong I really, very muchly want children, however I know I actually only need 1 ovary to accomplish this (biologically we were designed with 2 as a back up in case 1 breaks if you will) I just want to know how you can call an ovary that continuely grows big cysts that need to be operated on a "Healthy Ovary"!?!? My surgeon will not remove my ovary without me writing a letter giving her express permission to do so, this is apparently in case I sue her further down the line, however when we were having this discussion there was a nurse in the room butting into the convo who witnessed me repeatedly stating I would like the Ovary gone!
It just makes me so angry as I firmly feel that my fertility would not have been the best to begin with due to family history + BEING OVERWEIGHT + a congential spinal condition + heavy painful unbearable periods + cysts and now this bloody hydrosalphinx thing! I just feel extremely frustrated and let down by my past (and present) Gynae Surgeons about how I have been handled and treated and now I actually do face the very real chance that I will not be able to carry a baby at all, or even have IVF, as the Hydrosalphinx can leak inflamed fluid into my uterus and change its balance which makes baby-making impossible.
I will still decide to have my ovary removed, but every time I try and write a letter I start to get angry and rant, so help with wording this would be great if anybody can?!?
Does anyone have any advice, calm words, the same/similar condition? I just don't know how to handle the very real possibility that I will not be a mother and that my partner will not be a father :-(
Thanks in advance for any replies/help etc.....

Women with Hydrosalphinx do not have successful IVF, the inflamed fluid in my tubes can(and knowing my luck will) leaks into the uterus changing the core environment and making it inhospitable for an embryo............. therefore my fertility is pretty much screwed, I mean I never thought it'd be an easy road and I have already researched IVF, Surrogacy, adoption but this Hydro thing has thrown me for a loop.
As for early menopause I do not think that's an issue for me as there is no concern whatsoever regarding my left ovary, in all the years I have had issues with my right ovary the left one has been perfect. I do not think medicine should ever deal in "IFS" and "MAYBES" so as far as I am concerned my left ovary is a non-issue as there is nothing wrong with it, should a problem develop later on then it'll develop, but considering I have always been told that I wont get anymore cysts I'm 5 - 0 up against the medical professionals (meaning Iv had 5 lots altogether) so IF's and MAYBES don't cut it, I also know that had I already had children my ovary would have been taken out years ago
