It kind of scares me that I feel this good after two weeks. I had a complete abdominal removal including ovaries, I am feeling really good,  I can get around ok, shower no problem etc.. I am not lifting and being carful but it kind of frustrates me that I feel this good and can't do the normal things. Yes my tummy is a bit swollen still and a little discomfort if I move to quick, but other then that I am amazed how I feel. I had prepared for so much worse. I have not even had a hot flush and my mood feels good, no tears. If anything I am getting bored!! The only one thing I really suffered with was trapped wind, but after 14 days that is also getting back to normal. Maybe I am a lucky one.

That’s great! Just  be careful I felt the same way. I think I started over doing it because now I’m 6 weeks out and am cramping and my lower back hurts. Good luck!

      Hi Janice

Thanks for the reply, yes I am very conscious about not over doing it,  how long was it before you started going for walks etc.. ? I really do hope you’re cramping stops soon 🙄. I am not even talking any painkillers anymore. Please take care x

Good for you, however still keep in mind that internal healing takes longer. Stay strong

    Hi elisajade

    I'm

Glad that u are feeling so good and the symptoms are minimal

Like u I've been lucky in that sense.

Honestly you have the six weeks off .. take them

And use them do short walks etc built it up every day.

Enternal healing can take some what longer and lady u only get one shot and recovery

Paint / read or catch up of net flix

But relax and roll with it 😉 Del xx.
