Hi there..i also had a side pain on my left..took A couple of months to finally ease up. Its still there sometimes but not nearly as bad. Does your pain get better on a pain pill or ibuprophen?

Does this thrush only occur at night because come to think of it I seem to itch at night

No not at night. You probably just notice the it itching more at nite cuz you are more relaxed than you are during the day

With a full hysterectomy- does it stop you getting thrush or BV?
    • Posted

Do you still get it? I suffer from chronic BV and thrush and I hate my life for it.

Yes i still get thrush..i just got done with 3 rounds of antibiotics and 2 rounds of diflucan..i hate it too..lol

Bv is a bacterial infection which i was hoping that stuff like that wouldn't happen after the hysterectomy but it does and so does thrush. Bv can itch and cause discharge as well but antibiotics gets rid of it but then you get thrush from antibiotics. Im only 11 or 12 weeks post op hysterectomy

No one told me..i had to find out on my own..lol. Its probably just thrush then..you can get diflucan for that.
