Hi im 39 years old and 4 and a half years ago after too many laparoscopys and hysteroscopys i had a hysterectomy leaving my overies but as my endrometros returned and cysts i had my overies removed 2 years later, then last year my pains all returned so went back to see my consultant and scans showed some ovarian tissue had regrown with a large cyst attached to it, so when back in and had it removed, i had no idea this was possible, now that was sep 15 and over the last couple of months my pain has returned again and had a scan on Friday and its regrown again, i really am at the end of my tether, cant take much more, has this happened to anyone else!!! Thanks for reading

I don't know anything about this but I feel for you and wish you the best. I had two surgeries and dread the thought of more. I had no idea ovarian tissue can regrow and create problems. Going discuss this with my doctor next month. Thanks for sharing and good luck.

Haven't had it either, but have heard of it. I believe it's called ovarian remnant syndrome.  Apparently if even tiniest bit left behind it can regrow. unfortunately cant remember what the solution was, but perhaps you could google it to see what could possibly be done?  Having problems myself with adhesions causing major probs, so joining you with 'not straightforward' recovery..hope you get some help to get it sorted. Best wishes k
