I always get this feeling like my lower throat and breathing is being pulled down

I get this feeling where I can feel it in my lower throat and my upper stomach it usually only lasts a few seconds. Sometimes it is followed by a thumps of my heart sometimes no. Does anyone have an idea what this could be? Please help us the scariest thing.

    Sounds more like a spasm in perhaps your esophagus perhaps? Maybe speak to your doctor or cardiologist if you see one?
