You should strict to your lifestyle, way of living and diet. Avoid stress, tension, smoking and drinking. Avoid any bad habit. You are at Teenage and you need to move ahead deliberatly before doing anything. However, proper diet and exercise will reduce this problem. Try yoga in the morning and feel the difference in 1 month. If problem persists then consult with hair specialists soon.

    Hi Reeshabh,

I don't know if it was a scam but i read that if you drink two tablespoons of molassass everyday, your hair will go back to its orginal color in 6 months.  Every day 😝 I could not eat that much, even if I mixed it with milk.  Look it up on line, maybe it's a hoax, maybe not! They claim grey hair is caused my a lack of trace minerals and molassass has those minerals. It could be a fun experament!  Let me know.

You can also eat more foods that have the trace minerals in them. Not sure what tat would be, but that too you could look up on line😀

May grey hair be your only worry in life 😍

    Be well
