I am 18 and pee myself, what’s wrong?

Posted , 5 users are following.

I am an 18 years old female. I am a virgin and do not take birth control. For the past year I have had 6 yeast infections at least. I pee normally a lot during the day and it burns normally but not horrible. I have a lot of discharge all the time. If I even laugh a little, i pee myself and it’s not just a little leak it’s like my full bladder empties! Anyone know what could be up! This has been happening for a few months now. It’s embarrassing and it always happens in public! It has been getting more frequently.

Oh that sounds miserable. Been there done that! Sounds like a serious urinary trac infection. See you doc ASAP antibiotics can stop all your symptoms very quickly. To keep the gut bacteria balanced ask for diflucan one pill will keep the yeast from taking over since antibiotics kills all the good bacteria in the gut. This will prevent yeast infections.see online definition -  search yeast infections.

UTI  can be serious if left untreated and can cause kidney infections as well as other serious health risks.

See the online descriptions of UTI for better understanding of this common issue and the many ways to prevent future UTI's.

    Good Luck!

Hi, Lilly! You have my sympathy-that sounds awful. Have you seen a gynecologist yet? If not, make an appt ASAP. You might need prescription strength meds to get over this. A daily probiotic might help with your good/bad bacterial balance and help clear up the yeast issue (and keep you from GI issues while on and after antibiotics). I hope you find a cure and start to feel normal soon?🙏
