I am a guy, wanting to be girl ( desire to sex change M2F )

I have intense desire to become woman, where as I am a normal man. I could suppress the desire for quite some time, now it is bit difficult to. Whenever see, or think of ladies, I feel like becoming a tall, slim lady . 

I heard it is known as Autogynephilia . Some persons, just dream, some cross dress, some take female hormones, others want to become complete wman. 4 surgeries are needed - Face Feminization, Voice Feminization, Breast Augumentation, Vaginoplasty . I welcome suggestions . Thanks.

    Hi,

    I have a close friend who underwent F2M gender reassignment - they knew from the age of about 4 or 5 that they were in the "wrong" body and needed to change. I think the first step may be to ask your doctor to refer you to a psychiatrist - there is a lot to consider in taking this step. I know the transgender community has grown a lot since my friend made his decision 30 years ago so I think you will find a lot of support. Good luck.

      Thanks. I know, there are several hurdles, high cost, non approval from near and dear, social stigma, uncertainity of out come,  learning now how to behave as lady, how to live as lasdy, looking for partner,  dating,  having fun of sex as female now,  etc funny, scaring, mysterious, fascinating, thanks again, i am studying all aspects right now cheers I want to be tall, slim lady TV anchor

    How old are you?  it gets harder the older you get.  Someone very dear to me went through M2F gender re-assignment in the early 90s, it was expensive and painful and they sufferd the loss of their chidren and many family and friends, I know attitudes are more enlightenede now but there is still much prejudice.  Are you married? do you have any kids?  I know a lot about this so post here if you want more info.  I don't pm by the way.

      Thanks.I know, in west, ladies helped hubbys , in becoming women, when they have come to know the desire, I am not that lucky, i am not in west, here this is a new subject, I want to be tall, slim lady, TV Anchor ,or Sales Lady selling Jewellery to ladies in the Showroom,  See the life as lady too. You may kindly tell all that you know, please be frank, cheers, thanks again, I have to learn how to behave as lady, live as lady, how to date, how to choose partner, have fun of lady shopping, wearing jewellery,

      no, not attracted to men, I am not gay, attracted to women only, but once i become girl, no idea, what will be my attraction to, may be towards women or ?, it will be known then only, as experts tell me,

      My friend who went M2F ended up completely asexual after surgery, having no sex drive at al despite having full genital re-conastructionl, but she is blissfully happy with this now, feeling released from the poisening of testosterone.  It wasn't what she expected though and took a bit of getting used to, but as she came to accept it she found deep joy in just being friends with lots of people, she tells me there is a certain freedom in not being driven by hormones.  There is an asexual support network called AVENS, though I have never been on their website so can't say whether it is helpful or not.
