I came back from hospital yesterday afternoon, everything went well but it's a big operation and I fell quite weak. I have a vey low blood pressure naturally and the spinal anesthetic made it worse...I kept throwing up and feeling giddy even when lying down. But this was the only problem...I am walkig with chutches around the house, taking paracetamol, codeine and aspirine. I feel weak but I am sure in a few feeks I'll be much better.

Best wishes to all of you

Ella

Welcome home and a few days on your own environment will perk you up. I too have low BP which went down to 93 by day 3 it was on the way up and back to normal level day 4.

You now need to move around a bit in doors and rest as well do your exercises and each day a little better and some days tearful

    Take care

    Welcome home Ella

I am sorry you had a hard time in hospital. Glad you are at least up and about.

It is not good for moral if things go wrong in hospital.

I am really glad you are home and on the mend.

Yes Ella it is nice to get home and the first few days are the most painfull, just do the excersises and you should make a speedy recovery, and leave a bit of a mess, if there is a mess just leave it, you cannot risk a dislocation, best of luck and keep us posted how its going here.

    Kind regards Ian.

Great news. Now just take it steady and don't overdo it and in a few weeks you will be a lot better! The first 3 weeks were the hardest for me with not a great amount of progress but in 4 and 5 the changes were faster.
