I am completely losing to my anxiety

I posted on here a while ago when i first started getting worse with my anxiety. I had always been able to control it/had learned to live with it and knew what to avoid. Anyway, lately I am completely losing the battle with my anxiety and feel like it is controlling my entire life. I dont go out alone anymore. I barely have any friends because I have isolated myself more and more the more lost in my own head I get. My dr is no help, the meds arent working. I feel like I am drowning in my life. My partner doesnt understand nor does he want to. I feel scared and alone and I dont know what to do anymore.

    Hi, I feel exactly like you....dont know what to do anymore...I have lost my life, my happiness, and my so called friends...and my husband just puts up with me, cause he feels its his duty...I am dependant on him for everything...but I feel no love from him, and I am so lonely..I have lost the battle..with this...cant fight anymore, nothing works, and I am drained.....

      yes, you describe my life. dr seems unable to help and medications dont work so far, tried many,,have you? JES LEFT ME WITH DIAZEPAM WHICH I HATE TAKING

    i felt the exaxt same way and still do but omce i finally made healthy choices, things are slowly getting better

    hi i feel your pain im the same, im so lonely and fed up with living so many issues that it is overwhelming, ed ,depression, addiction, bpd anxiety really cant cope with it all would rather be dead

    Hi I can understand because anxiety do all things with us. Its make our life lonely. No medication doctors therapy works.

    As for i think we try to work with us. We have to know what we want. There is something in our inner side. There is problem or fear in our back of the mind and we have no believe on doctors or ourself. We lose confidence.

    So first of all we have to find what our heart want. I think there is much problem in our thought. So we have to discuss our problem. The main solution of this that we we have a social sector. We have to go out. We have to make friends. We also have to believe others. But i know it is difficult. But we have to do this other wise our life is ruined. In this world nobody like friendship with ill person. So i think we have to help each other because we understand what is anxiety. So i think and doctors and people told me its solution is to make busy your life as much you can.

      i am an anxious person.Going out bothers me.I am quite old,don't want to arise and start the day.What can I do?thanks

      do you have any family or friends who could help you get going in the morning or interact with you?

      if not, COMPANION CARE is great for that! They provide company , can take you to appointments, do errands, or just have great conversations with you, play games, etc.

      having someone there once in a while is a motivator to get the day started and enjoy it!
