I am concerned if I have been exposed to too much radiation from scans

I am a male in my 30's about 5'11, 95kg. Over the past year I have been suffering from headaches my doctor told me it might stress related but just felt it getting worse, long story short, I visited the ER in my city about 4 times in 6 months. They did two CT scans for brain it was all normal. I moved to a next city issue came back again after a few mths. I visited the ER several times again and had two more CT scans for my brain. This headache went away are taking migraine pills.
However i developed stomach issues and got two ct scans for my abdomen and pelvis, and also had a barium study done twice, since first one wasn't conclusive and my family doctor ordered a repeat. While at the ER they did a chest xray and said my heart may be enlarged. This gave me anxiety and probably had 10 chest xrays over the next couple of months as well. My doctor said I am suffering from anxiety this could be the cause of all of this, since. The tests the cardiologist ordered came back normal.
I am worried I exposed myself to all theses tests, and also i have started experiencing blurry vision, and feel fainted like I cant concentrate and worry if it can be brain cancer from all my scans. My family doctor said he thinks that highly unlikely, since my most recent brain ct scan non contrast was two months ago. Can cancer just develop like that in months, or takes years to occur if that was to happen, would really appreciate input, since this is just giving me additional worries, my family doctor said he doesnt think these scans will give me cancer or that its causing my blurry vision, and dizzy unbalanced feeling and think its all linked to anxiety. If I just try to focus on my laptop or tv, i feel dizzy my head hurts and feel like i will pass out.
This is a summary of all that I have had in a year,
5 Brain Ct scans
3 Abdominal and pelvis Ct scans
1 Neck Ct scan
About 5-10 chest and neck xray
