Recently, my nail developed a dark vertical 
streak on it. I have also noticed that what I thought to be a beauty spot seems to be changing or growing. I am of south asian descent and have dark skin. I am still quite young but I am still concerned. I am yet to see a dermatologist but I plan to do so very soon. Should I be concerned?

As you have dark skin this could just be part of your melanin showing in your nail. However, always a good idea to get these things looked at by a dermatologist, especially as you say you are also concerned about a mole.
