You don't need to have sex to get haemorrhoids, and there's very little connection between them, except for people that do have anal sex. You haven't given many details, but if you think you might have haemorrhoids, then there's a good chance you have. More dietary fibre and fluid, and not straining when you take a dump will fix most mild cases.

It certainly looks like a small haemorrhoid (there may be more internally). I'm not a doctor, but just changing your diet, drinking more fluid, and using some kind of cream will probably get you back to normal.
Weightlifting or similar can also cause haemorrhoids btw, so if you do a lot of working out, then take a break.
