Maria, tell us what’s going on. You say you feel alone. Do you have anyone to talk to? Family? Friends?
did something happen to make you feel this way?
theres always a way to find a solution. Keep in mind that one day you will look back on this snippet of time in your life and be glad that you are alive.
if you don’t have anyone to talk to, there are a huge number of resources out there and people and counselors that would be happy to help you.
local community centers, churches, free clinics, . If you live near a university you can call the graduate psychology Department and ask if they have a counseling center for people in the community.
if you would need to talk to someone right away you can call this confidential phone number to speak with somebody.
if you are in the US you can call 800-273-8255 anytime.
why do you feel alone? We are here to listen! we all care about each other on this forum!don’t ever ever give up. ❤

I don't have anyone to talk to, I mean I have my brother but usually I don't want to bother him so I don't start a conversation with him because I don't want to bother him. My mom and my dad are usually busy so I can't talk to them, anyway I feel like a burden for them. My friends don't listen to me. I have a boyfriend but he doesn't understand me. Today I saw my psychologist and I feel a lot better but for example now I can't sleep because of anxiety and I haven't sleep more than a few hours in the last 3 days and I am really tired and I want to sleep but I am so anxious and I can't. I am afraid that I will never sleep again. I went to more than one psychiatrist, I think I went to 6 psychiatrists and the last said that I suffer from borderline personality disorder. thank you for everything! thank you for listening to me! you are wonderful!

Actually yes, there were 3 or actually 4 things which happened and destroyed me mentally. I chose the wrong college,I mean it is a wonderful college but it wasn't for me. my classmates, they have so good grades, and I had the lowest grades, I was humilated by a teacher there at the University of Foreign Languages, University of Bucharest. That teacher made me feel like the worst student ever, like the most stupid student from there. I think he didn't want me to feel like that but it happened. At the same time, this teacher opened my eyes and I figured out that I don't have the knowledges necesarry for that college. I mean I passed only 3 exams. Anyway, my boyfriend from then broke up with me in the same year in which I gave up on Foreign Languages University (2020) , honestly I loved him with all my heart and I can say that I still think about him but he abandoned me last year in the summer 2020 and I really went through a horrible anxiety and depression. Also the coronavirus pandemic made my mental health worse...I have so much to write but I am so tired now and I don't want to overwhelm you!

Hi maria29554,
We note from a recent post which you have made to our forum that you may be experiencing thoughts around self-harm. If we have misinterpreted your comments then we apologise for contacting you directly. But if you are having such thoughts then please note that you are not alone in this, and there are people out there that can help.
If you are having these suicidal thoughts then we strongly recommend you speak to someone who may be able to help. The Samaritans offer a safe space where you can talk openly about what you are going through. They can help you explore your options, understand your problems better, or just be there to listen.
Their contact details are on our patient information leaflet here: https://patient.info/health/dealing-with-suicidal-thoughts, which also offers lots of other advice on how you can access the help you may need.
If you are having such thoughts then please do reach out to the team at the Samaritans (or the other people detailed in our leaflet) who will understand what you're going through and will be able to help.
If you are based outside of the UK.
The Samaritans is a UK based charity, but they also have suggestions for how you can access help in other countries.
Please have a look at this page https://www.befrienders.org/directory

Hey, Maria, I don't know what's been troubling you, but don't be discouraged. I know it is very hard to feel alone, but to stop living is definitely not the solution.
There are many people around the world willing to help in many ways. Try to talk to someone you trust and, if possible, seek the help of a psychologist.
Think that once you have recovered, you might be the one to provide support to people who are going through difficult times.
