I am depressed for a long time now and i need help with this Penis problem that i have. Please!

When i was around the age of 18, now im 25, i had sex with two different persons before i was in a serious relationship with my now Ex partner. Back then i noticed a small bump on my Penis shaft, i didn't think much of it at first, but as time passed so i noticed more bumps over the years. My partner at that time never asked me about those bumps since i guess we both thought its normal but... since i am single i look at my penis a lot and get SO Depressed over this and got very worried. I did have sex last year with two other people, but only oral sex, i never had a complain from them. i want to treat this but because of corona i have no job or money and stay at my parents house again.

Note: i was dumb enough to try and remove them with toothpaste and yes...it didn't work. One more thing is the front of my penis in the last picture, have it since i was 18 as well, is that skin tag or something to worry? BTW none of these things irritate me in anyway, besides with the looks.

Believe me, what you have on your penis is very minimal - there is a very high proportion of men who would be very grateful to have a penis that looked anywhere near how yours looks.

There are many things that can and do appear on the penis that are a natural part of how a penis develops - some men get several of these that develop in an extreme way and look totally different to how your penis ACTUALLY is.

The ONLY thing you should look at and consider is making your penile skin as healthy as possible: minimise contact with things like soap and other body wash such as shower gel - do not apply these directly to your penis. When showering wash everywhere else on the body and fully rinse. Simply use warm running water to clean your penis with, rub the top part of your penis with the inside of your hand and fingertips.

Many men gain benefit from using Liquid Coconut Oil - as I say, your penile skin quality is quite good so all you would require is to apply a very light coating to the top part of your penis twice a week - if you shower everyday, simply apply after you have dried yourself after every third shower

      Thanks for the reply Dug.

It does bug me everyday, those bumps.

Reading your comment does make me feel better tbh.

When i was younger i did masturbate dry, because i used it for stress relief, because my teen and kid days were not the best, to say it nicely. Could that have something to do with it?

I will do just what you said, i already started washing down there only with warm water for a couple weeks now, also i am going to try and use liquid coconout oil.

So, what I am trying to emphasise is that your penis is very ordinary in the way your penile skin looks.

Nothing unusual about it - and as I say, compared to many men, your penis has very little of what could potentially have been much more prominent on your penis.

We do not go around comparing in practical terms what other have and they see as being quite normal in terms of the penis they have - it is only in Forum's like this that you can ask these questions.

And no, dry masturbation is again very widely practised by young men - and this is very unlikely to have caused any kind of issue whatsoever.

Yes, just make sure you use a light coating of a good quality coconut oil that is intended for use on the skin

Thanks, i will keep that i mind.

As long as those bumps are normal, then i am fine having them.

      Thank you for the time.

      Hello Wee_Dug... I went to a Urologist, i had a weird exp.

He just looked at it my penis for 15 seconds, didn't listen to me or asked me anything, he didn't answer anything i asked him, ignored me and wrote on a paper the diagnosis that i have "condyloma accuminata" on my shaft.

I so disagree with him, i feel like i wasted my time, he didn't even try tbh and the prescription gel and cream i am supposed to use are expensive.

So, what you need to realise is that urologists are experts in almost everything to do with the penis, genitals, urinary and reproductive system.

After examining 100's if not thousands of penises in person and closely considering academic medical literature on ALL possible conditions they can spot symptoms of what-is-what in a matter of seconds.

Yes, perhaps he should have a better patient manner and took his time to explain why he reached his diagnosis, the potential alternatives, and why it was he chose the medication. Unfortunately that did not happen, or certainly not in the way you expected it to.

Essentially, you must use the gel and cream EXACTLY the way in which the urologist told you to use it, for the length of time he stated.

It is very common for different medications that need to be tried to find ones that best suit the individual and the issues that are present. So if he said anything along the lines of try these for 14 days, 1 month, 4 months whatever, do that and then contact the urologist again and update them on what has happened ....

He just gave me the paper with the gel and cream and didn't say anything how to use them, i had to google it online, i went to the Pharmacy and asked for the prices.

The cream i am supposed to get is the size of half my thumb, it costs 12 Bucks, you use it 3 times a day 3 times a week for 8-16 weeks. The cream should be thrown away after the first use, so to buy the cream costs a lot.So i should buy me the gel it costs 80, but at least its reusable.

The Urologist that looked at my penis is very specialised with the prostate than the penis, i got that information after the visit. I will try a other Urologist that my Doctor told me to see the first time, but he wasn't at work the Day i went to the hospital, so i will see that other urologist and go to a Dermatologist too.

I want to have more info on my problem before i try and use anything.

In your honest opinion, what do you think the bumps resemble? If they are HPV warts, shouldn't that mean that anyone i was sleeping with got them at some point? Because after almost 7 years i never had a complain about it.

      In terms of this:

" what do you think the bumps resemble? If they are HPV warts, shouldn't that mean that anyone i was sleeping with got them at some point? "

Unfortunately I have none of the detailed knowledge or understanding that someone like a Virologist would have, and sexual health itself is not my area of interest either.

The main problematic you have is that you are circumcised - this means that anything that would have developed above where the circumcision lower part on the shaft of your penis, begins, has not developed as it would have done.

Unfortunately, this more than would usually be the case that quite natural spots CAN look like the suggested HPV warts, for example.

What I think you have is a mixture of naturally occurring spots, such as Fordyce Spots, and others that could be a variety of things, including normal bodily warts - and, as I understand it, bodily warts have a link to the herpes type issues that the majority of us are natural carriers of.

This is why you need someone like a Dermatologist or Urologist to explain this to you, and if required give you the appropriate forms of treatment. Also ask for an explanation of how you could transmit anything during sexual activity - if there is a risk of that occurring.

I certainly will go to another Urologist and a Dermatologist and ask for their point of view.

I was thinking something similar like that as well, since after 7 years of these bumps on my shaft i would have gotten them in or outside my anus too, but i don't, i only got them on my shaft.

Your replies helped me out a lot, so i thank you for that.
