I am depressed for last one week, please help me out with this

I have had these raised bumps around my penis shaft and scrotum, yes I have had sex but with condom, but one of these pimple was before sex, and these bumps didn't appear after sex immediately, like they appeared once I shaved.. and they feel like recovering once dry having some small white tip in centre but the skin is still raised and again if I try to scratch them get red.. what could these be.. please help me out

    might just be an allergic reaction to the condom, I would keep it clean and use ointment.

    I have the same like you, but smaller and fleshy not white. also shows up after shaving, and I didn't have sex since May so could be reaction from shaving
