I am desperate. Tried everything. Severe sore throat

I had a heavy flu last fall. I have taken several strong antibiotics proscribed by doctor. I went to E. N. T, even to gastroenterologist. I am diagnosed with gastritis and i take medicine for that. Could it be because i had operation of sinuses so the pain get lower or something. My toung is like i have dust and needles picking me and it's numb. I am dealing with this for 5 month. I can't take it anymore. I took a picture. Please if you can help me somehow. image
